BCA stands for Bank Central Asia. It is the largest private bank in Indonesia with an asset of Rp 1.029,83 Trillion (USD 68,5 Billion) as of 2022. BCA was founded on 21 February 1957 and headquartered at BCA Tower in Jakarta. It offers consumer banking, corporate banking, credit cards, investment banking, mortgage loans, and private banking. About the Job
The rapid development of technology is one of the challenges faced by all companies in Indonesia, including BCA. In response to this challenge, BCA continues to prioritize innovation in order to continue to be a bank that can be relied upon by the public. Technology and innovation in the field of technology is currently growing rapidly, so BCA needs an Application Developer who is responsible for developing web-based or mobile applications to be used by internal and external parties. Application Developers also play a role in testing application systems, conducting testing documentation and checklists, and conducting research and development in applications.
There are 2 paths to become an Application Developer in IT BCA, namely:
- IT Staff. Employees will go through a 3-month probation period and will receive technical briefing, buddy, and mentor from IT BCA. This path is open for Entry Level and Experienced Professional.
- PKWT (Fixed Time Work Agreement) Employee. PKWT employees will undergo a 1-year contract period with technical briefing, soft skills training, buddy, and mentor. After completing the contract period, PKWT employees have the opportunity to be appointed as permanent BCA IT employees. This path is open for Entry Level
Qualifications
- At least a bachelor’s degree related to Informatics Engineering and Information Systems
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- Maximum age of 27 years
- Have experience in developing mobile (Android/iOS) web-based applications
- Mastering at least 1 programming language (preferably Java), and have experience in using Java frameworks such as Spring and JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, NodeJS, Angular, and Vue. Have learned .Net programming language
- Have experience using databases such as SQL and Oracle
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta / Tangerang / Yogyakarta
