The rapid development of technology is one of the challenges faced by all companies in Indonesia, including BCA. In response to this challenge, BCA continues to prioritize innovation so that it can always be a bank that can be relied upon by the community. Technology and innovation in the field of technology is currently growing rapidly, so BCA needs a Database Engineer who is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting and capacity planning for every database system in BCA.
There are 2 paths to become a Database Engineer in BCA IT, namely:
- IT Staff. Employees will go through a 3-month probation period and will receive technical briefing, buddy, and mentor from IT BCA. This path is open for Entry Level and Experienced Professional.
- PKWT (Fixed Time Work Agreement) Employee. PKWT employees will undergo a 1-year contract period with technical briefing, soft skills training, buddy, and mentor. After completing the contract period, PKWT employees have the opportunity to be appointed as permanent BCA IT employees. This path is open for Entry Level and Experienced Professional.
Qualfication
- At least a bachelor’s degree related to Informatics Engineering and Information Systems
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- Maximum age of 30 years
- Have a strong understanding of database concepts, preferably if you have ever done database management/administration
- Have knowledge in operating system operations such as Windows, Unix, and Linux
- Have knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Have knowledge of Big Data and Big Data infrastructure.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta / Tangerang
