As a Mechanical Engineer, your main task is to ensure that products and production processes run properly and in accordance with industry standards. To achieve this, you have to perform several tasks.
First of all, you must understand the customer’s request and translate the technical document into a suitable design. You must also build effective working relationships both internally and externally, so that all production processes can run smoothly.
In addition, you must prepare the Division of Work (detailed list of scope of work) in accordance with the contract and the established scope of work. You must also contribute in determining the work schedule and prepare all design basis and application of design standards and international codes that will be applied in the work.
You must ensure the quality of the documents produced is in accordance with the requests and requirements set out in the tender documents or contract. Also, coordinate the evaluation of changes to the scope of work and verify the approved implementation such as design changes and scope of work changes.
You must also provide technical support for Procurement, Subcontracting and Construction activities included in the scope of work. And finally, you will have to make reports to the Project Manager and Client as stipulated and required.
All of these tasks are critical to ensure that products and production processes are running properly and in accordance with industry standards. As a Mechanical Engineer, you have a great responsibility to ensure that all production processes run smoothly and in accordance with established quality standards.
Minimum Qualification:
- 3 years of mechanical engineering experience
- Mastering and understanding software as a support for his work such as
- General Sofware: MS Office
- Mechanical software: Auto CAD
- Experienced in coordinating with 3rd parties in carrying out work.
- Have experience in field assignments.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum S1 Mechanical Education.
- Have experience in EPC project as mechanical design engineer / stress analysis at least 3 years for Power Plant, Industrial Plant, Oil & gas.
- Make Detail Manufacturing Drawing
- Mastering and understanding software as a support for his work such as
- General Sofware: MS Office
- Mechanical software: PV & HE (PV Elite or similar), AME Tank or Similar, Pipe stress Analysis, Structural Stress Analysis (SAP or similar), conveying system
- Able to make estimation and planning of the project to be carried out
- Experienced in coordinating with 3rd parties in the implementation of work.
- Have experience in field assignments.
- Able to provide mechanical expertise training to team members under him.
