Customers’ increasing awareness of the importance of financial management is an opportunity for BCA to strengthen its business. For this reason, BCA is looking for experienced young professionals who have an interest in economic development and investment to join the Wealth Management Program with 1 year of education.
Graduates of the Wealth Management Program will be placed as permanent employees in BCA branch offices. They will be responsible for offering and supporting the fulfillment of total banking solutions, particularly financial investment solutions to customers. In addition, Wealth Management Program graduates can also play a role in conducting investment education at BCA branch offices both to fellow BCA employees and customers, so as to support the achievement of branch targets from investment products.
Qualification
- Min. Bachelor degree with GPA Min. 3,00
- Maximum age of 24 years (S1), and 26 years (S2)
- Have an interest and passion for investment / wealth management
- Able to speak English verbally and in writing
- Have good analytical thinking and problem solving
- Have good intrapersonal and interpersonal skills
- Have a high desire to learn
- Have the desire to achieve targets optimally
- Not yet and willing not to get married during the 1-year education period
- Willing to undergo a 2-year service bond
